Tasty Tim, the glamorous club doyenne, original gender bender offender, and perennial nite-club ornament is also a dj in demand, whose spinning talents go as far back as those heady days of the early 80's, spinning 70's disco in drag at notorious London hang-outs Cha-Cha and The Mud Club. Throughout the 80's his career continued, spinning disco classics in London's underground club scene, with a long standing residency at Europe's best known gay club, Heaven. Snapping up magazine coverage, wherever he went with his outrageous garb, he even cut a couple of records, by late 80's disco was dead!! But Tasty had already re-invented himself as club "hostess" and promoter culminating as the "front person" and "guest list girl" at the most innovative drag club of its time, the infamous Kinky-Gerlinky. After taking a year out to savour the delights of the nightlife in New York, Tasty returned to London in 1993 and snapped up a residency at his earlier haunt "Heaven", this time spinning a tuff house set heavily influenced by his stay in N.Y. This musical change in direction earned him slots all over London, the UK, Italy, Germany, New York, Australia and South Afrika. Tasty is currently resident at Londons Hardcore dance club D.T.P.M and one third of the production trio T-Total. Enjoy
