IS Club
	The Information Systems (IS) Club is one of the first clubs that was established in the university. IS Club organizes activities for the IS students, and , it also  participates in the university activities for other colleges and readiness students. They meet once every week or every two weeks depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.      The club was started in October 2000 and there are 13 members. The members of the IS club had to vote for selecting the officers. They attract others to join the club by promoting the learning outcomes of being an IS Club member in events like clubs campaign.      The IS Club buys everything they need through the process of organizing an event. Usually, the students don’t  have to get their own equipment because the University provides the equipment they need. They hope to raise more money next semester. They are doing many activities and the activities include: · Awards Day: honoring IS students who were placed on the Dean’s List. · Clubs Day: participating in the clubs day by organizing a workshop for teaching Photoshop for beginners. · Majors day: promoting IS College for readiness students. Trips: organizing trips for IS students to technology conference (GITEX )and other places.
