Budget Form” and the Faculty Advisor fills a “ Local Expense Claim Form”. The clubs can take | |||||||||||||
the advance after it has been approved by the Student Services Supervisor. Refund: Sometimes clubs can spend money and then get a refund. Students should notify their Clubs Advisor and the Activities Coordinator and they will take the responsibility. After that, the Advisor will give the money back to the student. Items, which cost more than 500 Dhs: Notify the Activities Coordinator in advance of any items that cost more than 500 Dhs. Any requisition that is more than 500 Dhs will have to known by the Student Council, Clubs Coordinator and the Student Services Activities Supervisor . Nevertheless, the student should have a bill from the seller/ shop and it must approved by Activities Coordinator and the student services supervisor. After that the ZU will pay out a cheque immediately to the seller/ shop. |
