Each club should write a proposal for each activity they will do and give it to the activities coordinator who will read it and will sign it if it is suitable. The proposal includes the place the time of activity. Also, it includes a brief description of the work and the budget for this activity.
4) How can club’s member encourage students to join a club?
- Clubs can advertise by showing the clubs work. Also, clubs can advertise by showing the benefits that the student will get from the club. Moreover, they can explain to the student which clubs increase their awareness of themselves and others.
- Send students emails to tell them about time for meeting.
- Give workshop activities, to show their work and offer it to student.
5) Who supervises the clubs?
Each club has a faculty adviser and all of the clubs are supervised by the Activities Coordinators, Omnia and Shaima
