Thousands of spectators came out to this 10th instalment of the Toronto Kitefest Event. The Merchant tents were packed with customers all day. They featured great food and gift items. The longest lineups were for tents featuring free prizes and other give aways.
I attended the Sunday event. The sky was bright and clear. Low winds created a beautiful ground display of kites. It was a day of working one kite at a time and plenty of extra time for long chats with new and old friends. All in all a great day to be outside!
