| On April 11, 2003 these 13 Wildcat Wrestlers traveled to Reno, Nevada to compete in the Northern Nevada Middle School Invitational. Reminiscent of the 2001 trip to the Inaugural AAU National Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia, they were the only California school in attendance at the meet. Schools from Reno, Sparks, Dayton, Incline Village and Carson City provided the opposition. The tournament was held on April 12, 2003 at Spanish Springs High School in Sparks. The Wildcats held there own with 5 Gold Medalists, 2 Silver Medalists, Three Bronze Medalists and 1 Fourth Place Finisher. |
