| From left and up, all photos were taken in Mons. My dad lives right near by Mons. We were in Mons on Dec. 23, 2002 I really like Mons. You really get a good taste of simple Belgian culture there. To the left, this is a photo of the Grand Place du Mons. We had a our first European crepe of the trip in the market that was going on. Tim brought his camera and took some great shots. Nevermind the black blotchies at the top of the photo of the Grand Place. I was eagerly labelling the backs and several were damaged by the ink...oops |

| The Grand Place du Bruxelles (Brussels) is a definite must see for all touists. I think this was trip #3 for me. After Tim was wowed by the architecture of the grand place, we then hit the streets of Brussels, in search for reality. We wandered the streets for many hours, and ate McDonalds out of comfort. It was a good trip but I was grumpy at one point because we got off at the wrong train stop...sorry Tim. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
