^ 'safe' line
The 'safe' line (popping crease) extends to the boundaries,
but is only marked for 6 feet either side of the centre stump.
The bowler's feet must be partly behind the popping crease and
not touching the side lines or a penalty run is awarded (called
a 'no ball' - under some rules this counts as 2 penalty runs)
