AN AMAZING RECORD

The year was 1971, the team were the Lakers, the record was 69 wins. The NBA had never seen such a team with so many wins on their side. For decades people thought the '71 Lakers were the best team the NBA had ever seen...That is because they didn't know the '96 Bulls. Led by Michael Jordan,Scotti Pippen, , Dennis Rodman and Tony Kukoc, the Bulls were ready to make history. They started the season 5-0. By mid-season, they holded 38-3. People began to anticipate a new record breaking season. They could only afford to loose 9 more games, if they wanted to beat such a record. By the end of the season, they reached a position of 69 won games. There next game took them to the history books. 70 became a reality, and there is no doubt that the Bulls are the best team in history.
