We are dedicated to providing a fun learning experience to Figure Skating. We offer programs to those aged 3 yrs old and over.
We have programs for Pre-Schoolers, CanSkate, Test Stream/Competitive with Group Lessons available, Adults, and CanPowerSkate for Hockey/Ringette Players. The Angus FSC is a CFSA Sanctioned, and an authorized Special Olympics Skating Club. We are also trying to start an Adult Synchronized Skating Team (Precision), if you live in the area and would be interested in this please email us.
Our Club is located in Angus Ontario in the Essa Arena. We skate on Monday evenings from 4:30 to 8 pm, Saturday mornings from 6:30 to 9 am and Saturday evenings from 7 to 9 pm. If you are in the area please feel free to visit us.
The 1999/2000 season has been a great success!!! The Club has purchased and installed a Jump Harness and our skaters are jumping better and higher than ever. One of our skaters came 2nd in Preliminary Ladies Freeskate at COSIC this year. Congrats! Our Canskate Program is running well with around 20 Program Assistants to help out. All in all a very good year for the Angus Figure Skating Club.
