Theuma wins Malta Football
Award 2004 as Best Female Player
Dorianne Theuma
(Hiberians) has won the first ever Malta Football Award as Best Female
Player. The gala night
held at the Westin Dragonara Resort and broadcasted live on Net TV on
31st July 2004 featured for the first time
an award regarding women's soccer. Theuma was presented with the award
and a flower bouqet by TV personality
Eileen Montesin. Second placed was awarded to Rebecca D'Agostino who
plays for Birkirkara FC whilst third
place was shared by Mosta's Jane Coates and Hiberians Dionne Tonna.
