• 2-time Intercontinental Champion
  • European Champion
  • 4-time Tag Team Champion
  • King of the Ring
He debuted in the WWF in 1988 as the Blue Blazer. He left about two years later, and returned in 1991 as Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart's tag team partner in the "New Foundation".
He then teamed with Koko B. Ware in the "High Energy" tag team, and was known as "The Rocket". He won the King of the Ring in 1994, and two Tag Titles with Yokozuna in 1995. He went on to team with the British Bulldog to win his third tag title in 1996, and won two Intercontinental Titles in 1997. He became the "Black Hart" in 1998, winning the European Title, before joining the Nation of Domination. His last title was a fourth tag title reign with Jeff Jarrett at the start of 1999.
After they lost the Tag Titles, he went back to the Blue Blazer gimmick. He tragically passed away when he fell (it has been reported that he fell anywhere from 30-90 feet) while he was entering the ring on a harness on May 23rd, 1999.
