VVGC Inc. is a not-for-profit organization which provides people 18
months to adult, of all abilities, with the opportunity to develop
fitness and skills in a fun rewarding and safe environment through
gymnastics and related activities.
We believe gymnastics is a foundation activity which builds basic
fitness and skills and psychological readiness to perform and enjoy all
other sports.
Our 6800 sq. ft. fully equipped gym features the most modern equipment
available including specialized apparatus for preschoolers and the
physically challenged, ensuring safe and enjoyable participation by all.
The competitive coaching staff is headed by Stacey Patrick, former
Canadian Team member and two time national vaulting champion. All
coaches are certified through the National Coaching Certification
Program.
VVGC is committed to provide programs for all interested people in our
community and dedicated to the promotion of fitness and active living
