| Drink atleast 8 oz. of water daily.
The more you drink water the more you burn calories without doing any exercise.
| Since water is cooler than the body
temperature it will spend more calories just by bringing the water to body temperature. |

vegetables and fruits |
| Go lean on red meat (avoid as much
as possible) or try the white meat instead. |
