Description:  Alex Star is genetic perfection.  He has long, flowing blonde hair that reaches just past his shoulders.  He has baby blue eyes, shiny white teeth, and a beautiful smile.  Star has perfect body proportions, and is a very cut and athletic 282 pounds.  He is always clean shaven, and well groomed.  In the ring he wears a pair of pink and baby blue wrestling
tights.  Outside of the ring Star is usually dressed in designer suits and sunglasses, or in the latest fashions for a modeling shoot.

History:  Alex Star was born October 26, 1977 in San Diego, California.  He was born into an upper middle class family, and is an only child.  His parents gave him everything, within reason, that he wanted.  Star took an instant interest into sports.  His first sport was gymnastics at age 5.  Later he took up football, body building, and amateur wrestling.   Star's senior year in high school, he was an All State Tight    End in football and UCLA awarded him a football scholarship.  He accepted, but deferred enrollment in college for a year because he wanted to see the real world.  Star's parents gave him $5,000 and a 1992 Ford Mustang and told him to go live on his own for a year.

Alex Star drove cross country and settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He found and an apartment and lived there for a few weeks, but still had no job.  One day, Star went to a local boxing/wrestling gym to train.  He amazed everybody there with his size, strength, quickness, and wrestling ability.  That day, a man named Kommon Sense was also in the gym.  He asked
Star if he was interested becoming a professional wrestler.  Star shrugged his shoulders and said "Why Not".

Alex Star's first stint in professional wrestling was in a bush league called the UEW.  He was a member of a stable called The Asylum, along with The Sociopaths and Lost Soul. He turned some heads there, but the league folded after only a few months.

The Asylum then migrated to an established league called the EEMWF.  Star quickly established himself as a young talent in that league, using his background as a gymnast and strength as a bodybuilder to overwhelm opponents and delight fans with flashy, dangerous moves.  However, the leader of the Asylum, Kommon Sense tried to make Star into a tag team specialist.  He teamed with a man named Integrity, a man with far less talent and desire than other Asylum members.  Star wallowed in a sea of mediocrity until the EEMWF split into two sub leagues.

Kommon Sense stayed in the EEMWF-WAWA, but Alex Star went to the EEMWF-HWL.  Star then stopped being a tag team specialist and his career took off.  His first title was the EEMWF-HWL International Title, the highest belt in that
sub-league.  He later won the EEMWF Unified "Nitro" Title, given to the most extreme wrestler in the league.  He led
The Asylum in bitter fueds with Speed Racer, the Legion, and the original Doom Patrol, Holocaust, Shockwave Inc., and many others.

By this time, Star had become very popular.  His mix of perfect looks and wrestling ability were rare.  Alex Star, along with The Sociopaths signed a contract to become part of the AGW, one of the most respected leagues in the world.  They went there and did well, but something happened to ruin this stint for The Asylum.  A Japanese magazine made Alex Star an offer he could not refuse, and Alex Star went off to Japan to become a model.  Star abruptly left the EEMWF and AGW, and it did not make AGW President  Dangerously very happy.  He accused Star of breech of contract, and The Asylum left the AGW, never to return (YET).

Star left the EEMWF behind for a few months, but in Japan he trained with Jushin "Thunder" Liger and further honed his wrestling skills.  Between his modeling and occasional wrestling in Japan, he became an international wrestling personality.

When Star returned, he established himself as one of the best wrestlers in the world.  He became involved in a bitter feud with Holocaust, and ended up beating him to become the last ever EEMWF Unified "Nitro" Champion before the league went on hiatus and merged both sub leagues.  He also gave tag team wrestling another shot, teaming with 'El Loco Luchador' Joaquin Campos to make a formidable combination called the Hardcore Pretty Boys.  This combination was recognized as the best tag team in the EEMWF-HWL at the time of the hiatus.

At the time of the EEMWF hiatus, two new leagues opened their doors.  Each league sought after the big name stars of The Asylum to put them on the map.  The first league to start up was the DWF.  Star instantly became a fixture there.  He was the first ever DWF Hardcore Champion, and later had a long title reign as DWF World Champion.  He had a brief fued with Kid Nitro, but defeated him soundly and sent him packing.  Later Star found out that Kid Nitro left the DWF because of the demands of starting up the NEWF, but Star took credit for running him off anyway.

This meant more fame, and more modeling deals for Alex Star.  This served to inflate Alex Star's already huge ego.  He and Kommon Sense had a falling out, and The Asylum split in two.  Alex Star and 'El Loco Luchador' went off on their own for awhile, while The Sociopaths stayed in the DWF.

Soon after Star joined the DWF, the NEWF started up.  Due to a mega deal with Playgirl Magazine and the USA Network, Alex Star started out in the NEWF as only a part time wrestler.  The modeling deal included a feature and centerfold in Playgirl magazine, and a 1 year "Real World" type documentary of the life of wrestler/model Alex Star.  Star was paid seven figures for
this deal, and was give a stipend to pay a cameraman to follow him around all the time.  Needless to say, Star has not yet returned to UCLA; and he no longer drives a 1992 Ford Mustang.

This is how the Hardcore Pretty Boys were formed.  Alex Star, along with his friend and tag team partner 'El Loco Luchador', and 'Cameraman' Corey Johnson took the NEWF by storm.  Alex Star enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top of the NEWF.  In August Star won the NEWF World Title by defeating The Showstopper in a great match.  Star has also enjoyed tag team success in the NEWF, winning the US Tag Titles with 'El Loco Luchador'.

Currently, Alex Star is a member and co-founder of the New Doom Patrol along with Speed Racer and Brad Steel.  This super group is defending their position as the dominant force in wrestling against all comers.  Soon after the NDP was formed, Alex Star and Kommon Sense buried the hatchet.  The Sociopaths were brought into the NEWF, but the stable name remains "HARDCORE PRETTY BOYS", and not the "ASYLUM".  This shows that Alex Star is the undisputed leader of the group here in the NEWF.

KOMMON SENSE

Age:  26
Born:  December 1, 1971
Height:  6'8"
Weight:  381 pounds
Hometown:  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Finisher:  SocioBomb  (Top Rope Powerbomb)

NEWF Rivals:  Dark Armada, TKO, The Growler, Disaster Brothers

Titles Held:  2 Time EEMWF Unified Tag Team Champion (with KC Cannon) 2 Time EEMWF-WAWA TV Champion, 2 Time WHCW US Tag Team Champion (with KC Cannon), WHCW Six-man Tag Team Champion (with KC Cannon and 'Hangtime' Tyrone Sparks), DWF Tag TeamChampion (with KC Cannon), 2 Time GWF US Champion.

Other Honors:  EEMWF Hall of Famer

Description:  Kommon Sense is a big black man.  He has a shaved head, and keeps a bushy goatee.  He is well built, with huge arms, chest, shoulders, and legs.  He carries some extra weight around the midsection, but is in good shape overall.  He wears black bodysuit tights inside the ring.  Out of the ring, he usually wears jeans and a T-shirt.

History:  Kommon Sense is the cornerstone of the Hardcore Pretty Boys.  He has enjoyed success everywhere he has gone, and always picks up the slack when Alex Star is off modeling.

Kommon Sense was a star defensive tackle in high school at Philadelphia.  He actually attended college at North Carolina State University.  He played defensive tackle there and graduated with a degree in criminal justice. After that he worked in a minimum security correctional/mental institution as a security guard.  There he met his future tag team partner, KC 'Loose'
Cannon.  The two became friends, and once KC's "stay" was over, the two decided to become professional wrestlers.

Kommon Sense has wrestled all over the world.  He is the most experienced member of the HCPB.  He has mixed it up in the EEMWF, DWF, GWF, and WHCW, winning numerous titles in each of those leagues.  Way back in the days of the UEW, Kommon Sense formed a group known as the Asylum.  This was a collection of young talent who wanted to make a name for themselves.  Kommon Sense became the unofficial leader for that group.

The Asylum saw great success in the EEMWF, with Kommon Sense himself involved in feuds with Kid Nitro, Speed Racer, and the original Doom Patrol. Kommon Sense found his fair share of gold in the EEMWF, but like Alex Star,
the EEMWF wasn't enough.  KS decided to wrestle even more, unlike Alex Star who became a model.

Kommon Sense took his tag team partner KC 'Loose' Cannon, and joined World Hardcore Championship Wrestling as a favor to childhood friend 'Hangtime' Tyrone Sparks.  WHCW was the most extreme, violent federation in history. It is here that Kommon Sense learned his extreme style.  Once again, he feuded with Speed Racer's Legion.  But the rewards were great, as The Sociopaths won the WHCW US Tag Titles on two occasions, and teamed with Sparks to win the Six-man titles as well.

Kommon Sense also had a stint in the Global Wrestling Federation.  This is the first time he wrestled mostly in singles.  Once again he feuded with the Legion, and specifically Bolo Yeung.

During this time, Kommon Sense and Alex Star had a falling out.  It was a power struggle concerning who should lead The Asylum.  The Asylum split, on good terms, into two groups.  The Sociopaths and 'Hangtime' Tyrone Sparks remained as The Asylum.  Alex Star took 'El Loco Luchador' Joaquin Campos, and created a tag team called the Hardcore Pretty Boys.

Eventually, The Hardcore Pretty Boys made their way to the NEWF, and found great success.  Alex Star contacted Kommon Sense about coming in to the NEWF as well.  Kommon Sense agreed.  The two made up, and The Sociopaths joined
the NEWF, the Hardcore Pretty Boys, and The New Doom Patrol at Point of No Return.  Each week The Sociopaths prove their extreme style by dishing out and taking a ridiculous amount of punishment.  Currently Kommon Sense acts as the "Enforcer" of the Hardcore Pretty Boys, but  has no desire to lead the group.

KC 'LOOSE' CANNON

Age:  25
Born:  May 13, 1972
Height:  6'5"
Weight:  276 pounds
Hometown:  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Finisher:  Guillotine Moonsault Legdrop  (aka Tumbleweed)

NEWF Rivals:  Dark Armada, TKO, The Growler, Disaster Brothers

Titles Held:  2 Time EEMWF Unified Tag Team Champion (with Kommon Sense) 2 Time EEMWF-WAWA US Champion, 2 Time WHCW US Tag Team Champion (with Kommon Sense), WHCW Six-man Tag Team Champion (with Kommon Sense and 'Hangtime' Tyrone Sparks), DWF Tag Team Champion (with Kommon Sense).

Other Honors:  EEMWF Hall of Famer

Description:  KC Cannon is a medium sized man by wrestling standards.  He has red hair that is neck length.  His eyes are also red.  He has a muscular physique with no extra body fat, but he is not chiseled.  In the ring he wears red wrestling trunks with a middle finger design on them.  Outside of the ring he usually wears inexpensive clothing.

History:  KC 'Loose' Cannon met up with Kommon Sense in a mental institution/correctional facility.  Apparently he ended up here after beating 3 police officers senseless with a lead pipe. He was found to be clinically insane and to seek counseling for his anger.  When he met Kommon Sense, who worked there as a security guard, KC was almost fully rehabilitated.  The two became friends, and when KC Cannon was declared "sane" a few months later, the two decided to become professional wrestlers.

Even though KC 'Loose' Cannon is "sane", he isn't totally balanced.  He still has a short temper, and doesn't respect rules and laws.  He loves to run his mouth, and often throws The Sociopaths into situations that Kommon Sense would rather not deal with.  He is the unpredictable member of the HCPB, and is the most extreme member of the group.  KC Cannon's body and
face show many scars from some wild attacks that he has sustained and delivered.

KC Cannon's wrestling career is very similar to Kommon Sense's, so see above for a description.  There are some key differences:

KC 'Loose' Cannon was involved in a great feud with the Shockmaster in the EEMWF, which centered around the US Title.  He doesn't care about power struggles and who leads the HCPB, he just want to beat people up.

KC Cannon entered the NEWF along with his tag team partner Kommon Sense at Point of No Return.  It is no coincidence that since The Sociopaths joined up, the league has taken a turn toward the extreme.

'EL LOCO LUCHADOR' JOAQUIN CAMPOS

Age:  Unknown
Born:  February 29, ????
Height:  7'4"
Weight:  431 pounds
Hometown:  La Ciudad de Mexico
Finisher:  Tres Equis Plancha    (A Flying Twisting Top Rope Plancha)

NEWF Rivals:  Smooth Operator, Dark Armada

Titles Held:  2 Time NEWF TV Champion, NEWF US Tag Team Champion (with Alex Star), 2 Time EEMWF-WAWA World Champion,  EEMWF Unified Nitro Champion, 2-Time EEMWF-HWL Tag Team Champion.

Description:  A very tall man, even though Campos is over 400 pounds he is very lanky.  He has long arms and legs.  Campos isn't chiseled, but has good muscle tone.  He has shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, and a pretty face.  In the ring, Campos wears bright green wrestling tights.  Outside of the ring he has worn anything from a suit to a dress, from a bandanna to a sombrero.

History:  Nothing is really known about Joaquin Campos' pre-wrestling background.  One day, The Sociopaths were returning from a Promo Azteca show in Mexico City, when Campos ran out in front of their van about 15 miles from the Mexican/American border.  Kommon Sense slammed on the brakes, but the van still hit Campos.  The blow didn't even phase the big man.  Campos begged The Sociopaths to sneak him across the border.  They agreed, and saw his massive size as wrestling potential.  They didn't know what they were in for.

'El Loco Luchador' joined the Asylum in the EEMWF at the time of the split into two sub leagues.  He was initially trained by Kommon Sense, but that didn't work out too well.  For some strange reason, 'El Loco Luchador' does not realize that he is 7'4", and 431 pounds.  His mind believes that he is a 6'2" 220 pound Cruiserweight.  He was unwilling and unable to execute power moves such as a gorilla press, spinebuster slam, and big splash. Frustrated, Kommon Sense sent to him train with Alex Star.  Star taught Campos a high flying style, and he picked it up like a natural.  With his size and dangerous wrestling style for a big man, 'El Loco Luchador' could be a World Champion everywhere he goes, but he has no focus.  He has the maturity of about a 14 year old kid, if that.

Kommon Sense showed him the ropes in the EEMWF-WAWA, and Campos responded by being the  dominant force in that subleague.  He won the World Title three times and defeated everyone in his path.  After Kommon Sense and Alex Star had a
falling out, 'El Loco Luchador' decided to follow Alex Star on the path to glory instead of Kommon Sense and his work ethic.

Alex Star didn't let the big man down.  He, like Star, is now a model as well as a wrestler.  Campos came to the NEWF with Alex Star, and has found success here.  He has twice won the NEWF TV Title, and has held the US Tag Titles along with Alex Star.  He is respected as one of the toughest wrestlers in the NEWF.  Campos is a charter member of the New Doom Patrol.

'CAMERAMAN' COREY JOHNSON

Age:  21
Born:  April 24, 1977
Height:  6'3"
Weight:  236 pounds
Hometown:  Hollywood, California
Finisher:  Extreme Close Up  (Diving Headbutt from the top rope)

NEWF Rivals:  Westsiders, Hell Spawned Demons

Titles Held:  None

Description:  Johnson is a light skinned black man.  He has short black hair.  He always has a fresh fade haircut.  Johnson stays clean shaven.  He is cute but looks very young. Usually he has a camera in front of his face. In the ring he wears silver tights.  Outside of the ring,  Johnson is a pretty sharp dresser.  He wears collared shirts, slacks, and designer clothes.

History:  Corey Johnson was born and raised in Hollywood, California.  He grew up in a middle class family, but he went to school with the children of many actors, directors, producers, and other Hollywood starlets.  He played many sports in high school:  Basketball, Track, Swimming, and Wrestling.  He was good at all of them, but not good enough to play college athletics.  After graduation, Johnson didn't know what he wanted to do.  With his connections, he got a job at Universal Studios Hollywood as a grip.  He worked hard and received on the job training, and before long he was a full cameraman.  In Johnson's spare time he was always a wrestling fan, and he trained at a local gym.

After about a year on the job, one of Universal Studio's producers came to Johnson with a proposition.  A famous wrestler and model was having a documentary done on his life, and he needed someone to follow him with a camera nearly around the clock.  This was the opportunity Johnson was looking for.  He accepted the offer, and quickly went off to work for Alex Star.

Johnson begged Star to teach him about the wrestling business.  Star hesitated at first, but he agreed.  First he taught Johnson how to be a sneaky manager.  He learned that quickly.  Star is currently teaching him how to wrestle.  This is a work in progress, but he is progressing well in the extremely competitive NEWF.  Corey Johnson is currently Alex Star's personal cameraman, manager for the Hardcore Pretty  Boys, and a wrestler himself.  He is the youngest and most inexperienced
member of the New Doom Patrol, but he is determined not to let the superstars in that group down.

FORMER (AND FUTURE?) MEMBERS OF THE HARDCORE PRETTY BOYS

'HANGTIME' TYRONE SPARKS:  A two sport star in both wrestling and semi-professional basketball, Sparks is a childhood friend of Kommon Sense. Sparks teamed with Kommon Sense and KC 'Loose' Cannon to wreak havoc in WHCW
and win the Six-Man Tag Titles.  He later had a brief stint in the EEMWF before his wrestling career came to a halt.  In January, Sparks finally got the call from the NBA, and he caught on with the Dallas Mavericks.  Maverick management saw some of his footage from WHCW, and they forced him to sign a no wrestling clause in his contract.  But with the NBA lockout
looming, the validity of that contract is in question.  Sparks is itching for competition...   FYI:  Sparks recorded a pinfall on Adonis Mercury in a Six Man Tag Match in WHCW.

THE GANGSTAS:  NEW JACK and MUSTAFA:  These two had a brief tour with The Asylum in the  GWF.  They never won any titles, but they busted some heads.  New Jack currently manages The Asylum over in the DWF.

LOST SOUL:  This mysterious man hung around The Asylum in the UEW, EEMWF and AGW.  He always had a W/L record around .500, but was never good enough to hold gold.  At the time of the opening of the DWF and NEWF, Lost Soul left to wrestle in Japan and has been there ever since.

INTEGRITY:  This gentleman was Alex Star's first tag team partner.  He had a very nice personality, but was the dirtiest wrestler ever to be associated with The Asylum.  His offense consisted of eye pokes, low blows, kicks to the shin, elbows to the throat, rakes to the back, bites, and knee clips. His defense included faking injuries, and pulling the referee in front of a
charging opponent.  His finisher was a Testicle Claw. After a few months as a member of the Asylum, he took a job with a group where he could better put his unique fighting style to use... the NYPD.

MISCHIEF:  Former female manager of The Sociopaths.  Her real is Jessica Carter.  She has long red hair, a decent face, and a great body.  She is well endowed.  Mischief was more than just an armpiece.  She would interfere in matches using bricks, lead pipes, and a loaded purse.  She was a great manager, but she ended up hanging around with Alex Star a little to often.  He got her a swimsuit modeling job in Florida, and she left The Sociopaths. This was a key factor in the original fallout between Kommon Sense and Alex Star.  Lately Mischief has expressed an interest in coming back to manage... not The Sociopaths, but Alex Star...
