KID NITRO: I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of interviewing Mark Paris for the 10 Questions.  Why I ever agreed to that, I don't know.  I can honestly say that I have never met anyone more annoying, disrespectful and cocky as this man to this day.  He is good at what he does, and that is getting under his opponent's skin.  But I have always given respect where it was due, and he is a damn fine wrestler.  Even though he is a punk....

1.  What is your most memorable moment in your career?

I've got a better question for you: when has the Hardcore Revolutionary been involved in a moment that HASN'T been memorable? Let's face it, when you single-handedly keep the sport going...like I do...it's hard to do anything that's less than earth shattering. But if I had to pick one moment, it'd have to be when I buried that fossil Unleaded to win the AGW World Title. Now that was a good night...hey, don't give me that look like you knew I was gonna say that. You don't know a damn thing about me, Boy Scout!

2. Who is your greatest enemy/rival of all time?

Well, that would have to be you, Kid Nitro, the pretender to my throne. And don't flatter yourself, that's NOT a good thing to be! I've had some hellacious feuds in the last year; Lightning Kid, the Black Knight, Joe Public, Gryphon...and they all fell to the Revolutionary sooner or later. The only difference between you and my other victims is that you've got more staying power. But in the end, you're just gonna be another name on my list...

3. Who is your greatest ally of all time?

Talk about your stupid questions...Most Holy's been there for me almost from day one. He was there when we started the LoS last October, and he was still there when we started 25:17 a year later. Now that's loyalty...other than the Mostest, there haven't been too many. CDogg's a good friend of mine, and I know I can count on him, even though we've gone at it a few times. And KANE was usually around as long as there was something for him to destroy...hey, remember that time I had him set you on fire? Heh heh...nah, we probably shouldn't get into that right now...

4. Which Title that you have won means the most to you and why?

Well, the AGW World Title means everything to me. I mean, I always knew that I was the best, but after I won the World Title, everyone else knew it too. But the Anything Goes Title is always gonna hold a special place in my heart. Before I won the AG title, it didn't mean anything; and after I lost it, it still didn't mean anything...but while I held it, everyone and their ugly mother wanted it. I made that belt great, which is somehting that nobody else has been able to do. But then again, I AM the greatest.

5. What is the greatest match you have ever been involved in?

You think I'm gonna say my match with Unleaded for the AGW World Title, right? WRONG! My first title defense, I fought Smooth Operator. It was barely a week after I won the belt in the first place, and Smoothie had been resting up for months. He took me 18 minutes, and managed to break the Extreme Measure three times before I finally tapped him out. Now don't get me wrong; the Hardcore Revolutionary's got no respect for anyone who preaches about life on the streets from his hot tub, but Smoothie can go. Don't doubt that for a second.

6. If you could change one thing that has happened in your life, what would it be?

Well, letting Gryphon into the LoS was a mistake, but come on, it's Gryphon! Humiliating that moron is actually kinda theraputic for me. No, if could change one thing in my life...I would have killed Mike E. Clark the second I laid eyes on him. That little worm almost cost me everything...almost. Live and learn, I guess...

7. Who is your favorite wrestler to watch wrestle?

I could watch myself for hours, of course, but that's not hard to understand. When you're THIS good, it's hard to be humble. Other than that, I love watching CDogg and Most Holy work; I know it's been said before, but the Mostest is totally unpredictable in the ring, and CDogg is just a beast. And I watch you a lot, too, Nitro. Don't look so surprised. "Always know thy enemy," after all....

8. Who was the biggest influence on you as a wrestler growing up?

This is probably gonna surprise a lot of people, but I remember when Bret Hart was just getting his feet wet as a singles wrestler. He was smaller then just about everybody, and nobody took him seriously, but when you looked in his eyes, you could tell that he just KNEW that he was the best. When I was growing up wrestling was mostly 'roided monsters, but it was guys like Ric Flair and Randy Savage...and later Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels...who really showed me something. They showed me that you didn't have to be a fatass or a genetic freak to be great. I never forgot that.

9. If you could pick anywhere in the world to wrestle in, where would it be and why?

Japan's been good to me, definately, but if I had to pick one place, it'd definately be the Gund Arena in my hometown of Cleveland. I remember the last time I was there, when the AGW rolled through the midwest this past spring. I faught Joe Public three times on that one card, beating him twice. Then I beat my buddy CDogg to retain the Anything Goes title. And for the grand finale, me and the Mostest started a riot and set the damn place on fire! Those fans were eating it up...that was one of the
greatest nights of my life, which is saying something.

10. If Hollywood were to make a movie based on your life, who would play you?

Too bad Brandon Lee's dead...he would have been almost perfect. As it is, I can't think of a single actor who could get the job done. Maybe a young Jean-Claude Van Damme, with David Spade doing the voice-over. That's the only way Hollywood could even come close to duplicating the total package that is Mark Paris!

Well, looks like you just ran out of questions, Kiddie. But don't worry, you'll be seeing me again...sooner than you want to. Just keep my belt nice and shiney for me. Later chump.
