New
News and Features
The Beaver Dam has been recieving a little
face-lift lately. We're trying to keep all of the pages
looking consistant, and we figured we would start
updating the News and Features section again. The News
and Features section has been kind of left behind, with
most of the news on the front page and on a particular
sports page, but now with our new consistent design, it
alows for the updating of pages to go a lot quicker, and
easier. So we hope you enjoy the new look and all of the
features that the Beaver Dam has to offer.
Lake
Hamilton beats the Beavers
Lake Hamilton scored 10
runs in the first two innings of play on Thursday, as
they beat the visiting Glen Rose Beavers 16-2. It was a
5-inning, run-rule victory for Lake Hamilton. Mike Miller
was Lake Hamilton's big gun. He went 3 for 4, he had a
3-run homer, and a two-run double. Matt Reiss hit 3 for 3
for Lake Hamilton.
