The Wheels and Tyres
These are what I fitted, the white contrasts really well with the red paintwork, but they are a real bitch to keep clean!!
These, although not my actual wheels, are the very same as I have fitted to my Almera.  They are Speedline Corse Chrono wheels, 7Jx17" in size, in white.  It was only through Compomotive's incompetence when supplying my original choice, 16" Compomotve MOs, again, in white, that I decided on these.
I went to buy the Compomotives just after having meningitis during Easter 2000.  I had decided they would be a nice pick me up, helping to beat the post viral depression.  How wrong could I be?!?  I was originally told they would take about three weeks.  "Fair enough" I thought, they are being made up as per a special order."  Well, to cut a long story short, EIGHT weeks later I had to return to
Ripspeed@Halfords Gateshead to demand my money back.  They had arrived on week six, but when the guys at Ripspeed went to fit them, they found that the centre hole had been machined wrongly on two of the four wheels, and so they didn't feel as solid against the hub as they should have.  Neither I, nor the lads, thought it would be a good idea to take them, and so it was a dejected Andy that drove home that day.  However, I did drive home via Revolution Performance Motorstore, on the banks of the River Tyne.  And there I picked up a copy of their alloy wheels catalogue, just to see what other options I had (Ripspeed was the only Compomotive dealer for about 60 miles)
