My 21 year old baby son died last year and his death was contributed to by The State of Texas,  my 27 year old daughter has liver and kidney failure with a heart attack and heart disease with Lyme Disease, etc. My 30 year old son has a rare arachnoid brain growth and Lyme Disease and the jails refuse him medical help. My ex has been on life support 3 times last year and I can't count how many strokes he has had leaving him totally disabled, and then I suffer greatly from Lyme Disease, inoperable ruptured back disk ( 13 years of this) , stenos of back, degenerative disk disease, extreme high blood pressure that caused a stroke, hardening of heart wall, thyroid nodules, stomach ulcers, etc.  I now take care of my ex also.  Yet the law still will not leave my kids alone!

My daughter, Chanda Leigh Bennett ( Blackstock) D.O.B. 11-16-76 is 27 years old and mild MR with a 3rd grade IQ, Kidney Disease, Cirrhosis of Liver, chronic female growths, Lyme Disease, High Blood Pressure, has had a heart attack and has a heart disease, etc. Chanda has been in Rockwall County Texas Jail for months and I have begged them to give Chanda her daily prescriptions from the outside world and they have refused us several times and said we have to pay for the medical care even though I proved to them that she is on disability and is indigent and I proved it for others in there with her yet they still charge them.
Today they refuse her the meds and then at other times they will give her the meds she needs. This week they have started back not giving Chanda her pain medication as she is " physically dependent" due to chronic severe pain from Lyme Disease which it has been repeatedly reported that Lyme pain is equal to cancer pain. Chanda has cried for days in pain that I promise you this Lyme pain is harder than having a 10 pound baby naturally. I know because I did and he was turned wrong at that.
My entire family has Lyme Disease as my kids dad was on life support three times last year from Lyme. Chanda changed a script of zanax her doc gave her from the quantity of 30 by putting a 1 in the front making it 130 zanax but she never picked it up. Her mind thinks differently and she knew that the script wasn't the normal quantity and she changed it. The pharmacy called the doc and the doc ok'ed this over the phone but the pharmacist had already called the police. Police let Chanda go because the doc ok'ed it but 6 months later, the DA charged her with a felony with this. This law passed for this to be a felony AFTER my daughter did this crime! It was then a misdemeanor!  And if my daughter was not mild MR , she would have known she would get caught because a doc can't write a script equal to 130.  It would have had to been 140 or 120.  Scripts are written in 2-4-6-8-10...etc.
Below is a plea I sent to a lot of media and many are investigating all this but we need help now because Rockwall DA has offered her prison and Chanda would die with her medical conditions in prison! It would be a death sentence for Chanda. Please read more below and please help? Tomorrow ( Thursday) is court day at Rockwall County Texas District Court and I need help quick! My 27 year old daughter lives inside a 3rd grade mind and she is very seriously sick, yet Rockwall County Texas Jail will not medically treat her properly! Chanda also has Lyme Disease as my entire family has Lyme Disease and I have ran this group over 13 years. Lyme is in the MS family and the pain is equal or worse than cancer. If Lyme is not diagnosed in the first year of it's being present. Lyme weakens the organs and more die with it. Chanda needs a liver transplant, one kidney has near all the way shut down, Chanda had a heart attack and her heart is weak again, Chanda has a bad stomach and takes Prevacid for this.
Rockwall County DA called Chanda's SSI and told them she had an arrest warrant. He wanted to show the county how big of a man he was by doing this but all he has done is show his ignorance! Chanda's prescriptions alone cost around $1,000 a month, Chanda's medical care is probably in the same price range not counting her blood work and MRI's, etc., she has to have. The DA just caused the county tax payers to pay " BIG MONEY"! Just because he hates my family so!
ROCKWALL COUNTY JAIL IS PAYING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR THE HEALTH CARE OF A VERY SICK YOUNG WOMAN AND THE District Attorney MADE THIS HAPPEN! THE DA IS COSTING THE TAX PAYERS TENS OF THOUSANDS MORE DOLLARS NOW DAYS! I CALLED TEXAS JAIL STANDARDS BECAUSE ROCKWALL WAS TRYING NOT TO PAY FOR MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH CARE BUT TEXAS JAIL STANDARDS SAID THE LAW STATES THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL MEDICAL CARE. ROCKWALL COUNTY HAS ALREADY CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEATH OF MY 21 YEAR OLD SON, CHIP BENNETT'S DEATH, LAST YEAR!
I WENT TO THE JAIL TO SEE CHANDA TODAY AND I QUESTIONED THE GUARDS IF CHANDA IS GETTING HER SAME PRESCRIPTIONS SHE WAS GETTING A FEW WEEKS AGO WHILE IN THERE. THE GUARD AND CHANDA BOTH TOLD ME SHE IS GETTING NOTHING! THIS JAIL DOES NOT HOLD MANY PEOPLE AND NEAR EVERY GUARD, NURSE, DOC, AND THE LIKE AT THIS JAIL KNOW US UPON SITE BY NAME AND THEY ALWAYS ASK ME WHEN CHANDA IS IN THE FREE WORLD, IF SHE IS TAKING HER PRESCRIPTIONS PROPERLY....THIS SAID ONLY TO PROVE THEY KNOW CHANDA NEEDS TO BE ON HER HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS, HEART MEDS, PREVACID, DOXCECYLINE, PAIN SCRIPTS, ETC., YET THEY HAVE NOT GIVE HER ANY OF HER SCRIPTS FOR TWO DAYS SO FAR WHICH CHANDA COULD DIE FROM! JAIL EMPLOYEES ARE AS POOR AS I AM YET THEY TREAT THE POOR LIKE DOGS! THEY COULD CARE LESS IF ONE OF THE POOR INMATES DIE AND THEY ALWAYS PUT MY GROWN KIDS IN THIS DANGER. ONLY YOU THE MEDIA CAN EVER GET THIS CHANGED! PLEASE CARE ENOUGH TO DO THIS? MY OLDEST SON, CHAD BENNETT, ALSO HAS LYME DISEASE AND HE HAS A MRI AND CT SCAN THAT PROVES HE HAS A RARE ARACHNOID BRAIN GROWTH. JUST HIS MRI ALONE COST ROCKWALL COUNTY JAIL,

Please pray for my entire family from our loss of our precious 21 year old son and sibling, Chip Bennett. Chip died last year and he was so wonderful and it seems we all are near loosing our minds from his death.  Chip was near perfect. You could ask his friends and they all say the same about him.  He never drank or drugged. Chip was always most popular in schools yet he was never ashamed of Jesus with his friends.  He never went around saying he was a Christian but it just showed. He read his Bible from the time he could read and he prayed every day of his life since he could kneel and it didn't matter what friends stayed over, etc.  He had his favorite scripture tattooed on his arm at the teenage age of 16 years old!  He was the most loving and had more wisdom than anyone I have ever known at each age he became.  Our hearts ache way deep with  groaning cries daily. We "need" prayers please!
