PASTA SALAD recipe from: Jamie T.
1 bag of tri-colored corkscrew noodles 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 1 pkg. shredded Montery Jack and Colby cheeses 2 lbs. chicken breast 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper
Mix up Ranch dressing and set aside. Boil noodles, grill or fry chicken breast (you can add seasoning if desired). Dice bell peppers. Combine noodles, ranch, bell peppers, cheese and bite-sized pieces of chicken. |
