GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE recipe from: Jamie T.
2 regular-sized cans of green beans 2 regular-sized cans of cream of mushroom soup 2 regular-sized cans of French's french fried onions 1 cup of milk salt pepper
Combine green beans, soup, milk, 1 1/2 cans of french fried onions, and salt & pepper to taste. Bake approx. 35 minutes in 350 degrees F oven. Sprinkle remaining french fried onions on top and bake 5 minutes. Feeds 6-8 people. Note: Cream of chicken soup can be substituted for cream of mushroom soup.

CRANBERRY SAUCE recipe from: Michelle P.
1 1/2 lbs. fresh cranberries 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup water grated zest of one orange 1/3 cup dry red wine 1 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon pinch cloves
Wash the cranberries and pick them over, not using any that are too soft or discolored. Combine all the ingredients in a large non-reactive pot and bring to a boil, stirring with a long-handled wooden spoon. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. The sauce should be thick and glossy. Allow the sauce to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming over the top. Transfer to a beautiful serving dish.
