Everyone
who joins a chess club will find they improve. At
Crystal Palace you improve either by playing friendly games or by playing in one
of our teams in the Surrey and Croydon Leagues. In addition there are five
internal club competitions over the year. We
also take part in an annual exchange program with the Dutch chess club Deventer.
