Modern Library: The Readers' List

In addition to receiving a list from the Modern Library's board, a poll of readers was taken. From the contents of this list, these readers appear to consist of a group of people whose reading habits are a little too alike, to say the least (personally, I suspect hacker involvement).

I mean, come on, the top ten consists of four books by Ayn Rand (I didn't know she wrote four books)--including the top two--and three by L. Ron Hubbard (well, really twelve if you want to be technical about it)!

Not to mention the eight appearances throughout by fantasy author Charles de Lint.

I guess I'm just not as eclectically well-read as I once thought.

(As always, the * denotes books I have read.)
