Welcome to  +CROSSINGS+

+Crossings+ is a new independent publication providing space and a voice to liberal, orthodox thought within the Christian Community.  +Crossings+ seeks to put liberal thought “up front” within the Christian, (particularly Anglican) and secular communities as a valid progression of Christian development coming out of a clear understanding of the interpretation of scripture, the long witness of tradition and it’s development through time, and the reason that comes from being challenged by the gospel.
+Crossings+ will address a variety of  issues, subjects and questions challenging the  church today.  Articles will appear as  academic offerings,  opinion  pieces,  reports on the life of the church,  personal conversations on a  faith journey and the occasional sermon .

+CROSSINGS+ invites articles with the understanding that material should honour our human conversation with, and experience of God as people who are searching for the mind of Christ in the contemporary world.

+CROSSINGS+ is independently published three times a year.  Issues, current and past, are posted on the website http://ca.oocities.com/crossings@rogers.com
