This proved more difficult than I expected. Since the roof heights of both vehicles were radically different, I had to first remove the middle section of the Dairy Delivery and lower the roof. Thankfully, the vehicle's lines made it an easy cut. To meet up with the front half of the Fatbax Corvette, I actually had to mount the D.D.'s roof to the lower half backwards. The frames of both of the cars also had to be cut and pieced together. Once that was done, the frame was modified to accept the pin tubing for custom length axles. |
