| Inuyasha is a half-demon; his mother was a human and his father was a great, ledgenary dog demon. 500 years ago, Inuyasha fell in love with Kikyo, a priestess who protected the mystical Shikon Jewel. Kikyo told Inuyasha, he could use the jewel to make him human. However, the evil demon Naraku tricked Inuyasha and Kikyo into hateing and betraying each other. With the last of her strenght, Kikyo sealed Inuyasha in the sacred tree. After 50 years the seal was broken by Kagome. Kagome is forced to team up with Inuyasha to stop the evil demons from getting the Shikon Jewel shards that are scattered all over feudel Japan. |
