~ Star Kissed ~
This is one of many poems written for my beloved Jane (Miss616) -
She's inspired me so much much write, and in our first month together, I've written three for her.
1.
She came from the stars,
That shining embrace,
Caught her,
Held her.

2.
I thought she a dream,
A starlit beauty,
With her train of twilight,
A crown caught in star dust,
Her slim pale form wrapped in satin.

3.
She fell from the sky,
A gift to mine eyes,
I caught her,
And held her fragile form.

4.
Her gown was torn,
She fell from grace.
I enfolded her in satin,
As soft as her skin.
She was shaking,
Tears rolled down her face.

5.
I caught a tear on my finger,
It shone like the moon,
From whence she came.
Moon tears, Moon Maiden.

6.
She captured me in her gaze,
I was held there for what seemed eternity.
From then on I knew she was mine,
I was hers.

7.
She was sent to me,
From above,
To cherish.
A gift so precious,
I felt sent to catch her.
I would not throw this gift away.

8.
Trapped in two worlds,
She was.
A Moon Maiden of purest form.
Thrown from the sky,
To live caught in chaos,
With me.

9.
Cast down from her ghost like,
Starlit dwelling,
To bestow me with,
The treasure of her company,
The gift of her light,
That trailed from the skin.
To warm me with her nightly glow,
And whisper words of star kissed wonder.

10.
The Moon Maiden and me were As One,
Entwined in chaos,
Kissed by fate.
