Glendora Issue!
    It has recently come to my attention from friends of mine that someone pretending to be me, posing as me or dislikes me etc is posting false and misleading information about me as to the RV parking issue in Glendora and my court cases against the City Of Glendora. First of all I am NOT the person who started the RV parking issue in Glendora. I am against any new RV parking ordinances. I have said that since day one of the issue. I have never complained against anyone for anything. And no one has complained against me for anything ever. The RV parking issue should have been left alone. Second my neighbors did NOT complain against me about my cars. We have known our neighbors for 47+ years and we are like extended family members to each other. I have three signed legal statements form each of them saying they did not complain against me. I have since shown the City Of Glendora these a long time ago and they have since left use alone with apologies to me. I still collect and love cars. All of my cars run and drive. I do not have inoperable cars on my property. What the city calls an inoperable car is laughable. I have never had but 2 inoperable cars on my property. A 1963 Plymouth Savoy and a 1950 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery. The Sedan Delivery was only inoperable because I took the engine out and rebuilt it. So it was inoperable for only 1 week. The Plymouth Savoy was restored and sold. Third I have never operated a “Junk Yard” at my home or anywhere else. My cars were not “Junk”. If you drive by my home it is clean, nice, well maintained, no weeds, no junk etc. And it has always been that way. The City Of Glendora made that claim also 6 years ago. And they were proven wrong. Someone has also said that I’m “Mark Smith” or “Big Bob”. I am not “Mark Smith” nor “Big Bob”. Mark Smith is another long haired man that lives in Glendora. He is also an out spoken person. This person posting about me has also posted and continues to post my full name, address, phone numbers, emails, my picture and even my Social Security number. I’m taking steps to find this person with law enforcement. And this person will be charged with identity theft, slander and defamation just to name a few. This person has also claimed that my web sites “Cryptic Coaches” and “Klasic Kruzers” are businesses and that I’m making tens of thousand of dollars in illegal cars sales. If you see on my web sites I have only a few cars for sale. One which is mine a 1995 Chevrolet Ambulance and the others are just friend’s cars that I posted for free. I do endorse products or services but that’s all. And I don't get or make any money from those. My web sites are Clubs for people to come and see information on classic cars or funeral related cars. This person posting about me and/or pretending to be me has also said I started the Gravel Driveway issue in Glendora. I did not start the Gravel Driveway issue in Glendora. The City Of Glendora back in April of 2006 went from being reactive to being proactive. Meaning they originally went on complaints by residents. Now they actively go out looking for so called violations. In April of 2006 Code Enforcement AKA Community Preservation sent us notification that we were illegally parking on an unpaved surface. We have a partial gravel/asphalt driveway and has been that way since 1962. Thus it is “Grandfathered”. The city said that doesn’t apply to us. Even thought I called the cities Planning & Redevelopment and Building & Safety departments and they said gravel driveways are OK. I even emailed them and they emailed back that it is OK to park and drive on gravel. We have since won our case on that. There are still many people that have a gravel driveway in Glendora. So they are not illegal.

     This person pretending to be me, posing as me etc always posts Anonymously and hides behind a proxy server or IP Hiding software. I wonder why if what he is saying is supposedly true then he should be proud of what he says, stand by it and should show himself. When he is confronted and asked to show proof he disappears and just replies with “Your just lying” or he tries to put the spot light off of him by trying to make fun of the spelling or grammar of people posting replies to him supporting me. This person has nothing better to do than post false and misleading information about me for some reason. Some have said it’s a Glendora employee that I pissed off during my problems with Glendora. Which may be the case since some of the information he has posted was specific information that was not released to the public. Some say it's a PCS member that does not like me. Because some of the information he posts are direct copy & past from the PCS message board.

     Some of the posts this cowardly person posts are on John Harrold’s Comment web site. As of 8/5/08 he has sine deleted them. Also posts on Topix.net. But you can see there are plenty of people that post in support of me that see through this Anonymous person.

     If you want the REAL story then come to this web site or Klasic Kruzers. Don’t listen to someone who posts Anonymously or behind a proxy server etc. Or come see me in person. I would be more than happy to sit down with you and tell you the whole story over lunch on your treat.

     I have posted all of the papers, video and audio of my courts cases on here but have since taken them down due to this person downloading these and editing them and then reposting them on the internet. I have the originals that I took to court. Parers included the original Glendora code enforcement citations & investigation report. Video was taken when code enforcement came to my home. And the same thing for the audio recordings. Those two things were crucial in showing the contradictions code enforcement would say to me. And false and missleading information. 
    The bottom line is that the City of Glendora's Community Preservation AKA Code Enforcement has been proven wrong many times now. And has been confronted as to why they give people false and missleading inforamtion. They have a very bad habit of doing this to many people in Glendora. Not just me. A lot of the Cities municipal codes are very vague and left up to interpretation.

     The City Of Glendora is still procrastinating about the so called illegal unpaved parking issue. As of this date Nothing has been done in getting to the so called other people that are illegaly parking on an unpaved surface. Community Preservation has been saying "We'll get to it" since 2001. And if they do get to anything they allways come to me saying I'm doing something wrong. It would now seem that I was singled out and selective code enforcment was brought upon me. I have now lost over $200,000.00 and 18 years of work because of the City Of Glendora and Community Preservation department. To this day I'm still feeling the effects of what they did to me.They ahve taken what was to be a major part of my retirment away from me.
