| To All PCS Members:
Most if not all of you know or knew of my car situation a couple of years ago. And bashed me to no end! Saying I was selling junk, worthless cars. Offering me next to nothing for cars that had a fair market value. Even some wanted me to give them a car for free. At the beginning I had 32 cars for sale and ended up with 7 at the end. Which says I did take RESONABLE offers. I did not take the kick me when you are down offers. I even traded cars for other items such as RC cars & computers. I was able to bring several cars home and squeeze them in. I did sell the 1972 Buick First Call Car for $3500.00. Most other PCS offers were less than $1000.00. Which says something. I also did sell the 1941 Chevrolet Service Car for $10,000.00. Which PCS people said was worth nothing and I was crazy for asking that much. It was a 41 Chevy. Which is a popular collectible model of car that only goes up in value. What I went through was absolutely true. You can ask people such as Paul Nix, Jim Ireland, Hewy & Ruth Wick, and Richard Holmes. Who all bought the cars from me. Look at the good prices the cars bring today and even back then. So how can it be said my cars were worth nothing or next to nothing yet everybody else’s cars on the PCS were worth more. Cars have a fair market value. Not what I say they are worth or what the PCS says they are worth. I whole heartedly thank the PCS members that did support me and try to tell other members that my situation was true and my cars were not junk. As of 10/23/07 the city of Glendora has taken me to court 4 times reguarding my cars. I have lost 14 cars to the city and over $50,000.00! Not to mention over 18 years of work collection these cars. |

| As of 3/7/08 the city Of Glendora has succeeded in eliminating 37 cars from my property that I own. I have lost now over $200,000.00. I now have two large sections of property that I am not allowed to use for anything. Thus the City has actually lowered my property value because I can’t use these two sections for anything. One section is very large at 150 FT X 150 FT and the other at 100 FT X 20 FT. That is a lot of space that I could use and did use for cars. Now they are professional weed patches. I have slowly built up my car collection and have rebuilt my collection to over 20 hearses/ambulances and 11 cars. The still city bothers me about my little partial gravel driveway saying I can’t park my Ambulance and Mustang on it. Yet they give me no reason as to why. They come by and take pictures of my house. I take pictures of them taking pictures of the house. I have caught them trespassing several times without my permission or knowledge. I have since installed 13 security cameras and audio to record 24/7/365. So if they come to the house even once without my knowledge or permission they are cooked. Some have said I’m paranoid. Most say I’m right for doing so. To the others I say to them how would you like to lose 30+ cars, $200,000.00 and years of work? All for something that turned out to be something I was by law allowed to have. As soon as I’m strong enough, maybe this year I will be filing a full throttle law suite against the city of Glendora for $250,000.00. I have a high powered lawyer doing it pro bono who found my situation very disconcerting that a city would do such a thing. The strange thing about this is that there are several people in the city that have car collections at their house like I had when all this started today. Yet the city did nothing to them. And still have their cars to this day and park them the same way I did. |
