We had tried for 8 months to have our little girl we finnaly got pregnant and all was ok for a while i got sick for a while but the time 3 months came around i was good again everything went well again untill 5 months came i started feeling not quit right trouble sleeping anxiety agitation my blood presure was elevated i just dident feel right i went to the hospital several times they said nothing was wrong and i told my doctor he said well if they dident find anything then there is nothing wrong with you and it is all in your mind you need a phycologist the month rolled on not feeling much better but they were still not concerened this all started in may it is now july and we are going to california for the 4th of july i felt like i was getting a cold just couldent shake it so i took vitamins and rested we came back on the 5th of july the next day i started feeling worse i had a pain in my chest that got progressivly worse finnally i had to call my parents to take me to the hospital by the time i got there i could hardly stand up from the pain they did several tests and told me i had gaul stones soo they shiped me to a different hospital where my ob was supposed to be but wasnt so i had a different doctor he said that if it wasnt bothering me right now that he would rather wait untill after the baby was born i was there for 2 days on the last day he was going to send me home my blood presure was through the roof and i couldent sleep my head was swiming so after i complained he did some more tests and at the nurses promting found out i had hellp syndrome he came back in the room said he was airvacing me to good samaritan hospital in phoeinix i asked what would they do he said stabalize it making it sound like it was ok i got there and they did a ultra sound and told me there is no cure for it but to have the baby and that because of the preeclampsia hellp syndrome my baby hadent grown in about 6 weeks and was smaller than she was supposed to be (and i had had many ultra sounds and mesuments the dr never said anything about it in the months before it coukd have been controlled if cought earlyer ) they gave me oxigen and steroid shots to help boost the baby and 2 days later decided to induce labor it wasnt safe for the baby or me then my baby was born 15oz 11in
she was beautiful even if she was small they took her to nicu right away but on the way out the room the doctor said wait let mommy touch the baby so i got to touch her
then they took her to nicu after doing the paper work and talking to the doctore they took use to see our baby so tiny but so perfect she was hooked up to a ocilating resirator at first that day and they tried a diferent one 2 days later she finnally accepted it but on the 3rd day after i left the hospital she started going down hill her kidneys started shuting down 9 that night the doctor said they were reaching a point where they couldent do anymore but still had a couple of things left to try well at 6am day 4 the doctore called said there wasnt anything else to do and she wasnt improving and probrably wouldent make the morning get here as soon as possible so we hurried and got there she was still alive but barely i touched her as she had her last heart beats and the doctor came out to tell us we should take her of the repirator and say goodbye as a family however short it was so we went in the family room and waited for them to bring her to us they did and we held her and said goodbye took pictures and the nurse asked if i wanted to give her a bath so i did and changed her diaper and put her little outfit on her and they took pictures and made footprints and made a pretty shell with her plaster foot prints in it i keep it on top of the entertainment center next to her picture but anyway they gave her back to me and i rocked her in a rocking chair and said goodbye for the last time in the hospital 3 days later she was burried we miss her so much i filed a malpractice lawsuit on him and they found him neglagent and he dident catch alot of things he should have and there was no dought about that he was neglagent what i couldent prove with 100 percent was she wouldent have died anyway like anyone can prove anything 100 percent certanty just another loop hole for them to get out of i wanted to get him for this so he wouldent do it to someone else but unfortunatly he has hopefully someday he can be stoped . loveing and missing my samantha everyday
