Week 86 (9/7/03):
Sunday: Tonight when we were leaving to go to a milonga, Gene called out to us, "Bye, guys, have a good day. Have fun!" Wow! So many things good about it -- he called out (which many times he doesn't account for volume of voice when someone is close or far away), his verbal expressions were very appropriate, his intonation seems pretty normal!
Monday: I recd Gene's AMPM gummy bears which he hasn't had for a long time. We'll see if they make a difference.
Tuesday: Gene had a little incident at the playground where Rebecca was practicing soccer - Thank Goodness one of the moms pointed it out to me to take care of it...ack
Wednesday: We went to the Mall Party & Gene was doing pretty well, finding things to interest him. Then I won the Grand Prize drawing and took my eyes off him momentarily while I was called up...next thing I know he's heading up the elevator(!) Luckily he came back down within about 10mins, but I was about to lose my mind for those 10 mins trying to find him!
Thursday: This time I caught Gene sooner...
