| This is one of the Tri-rule. Part of the justice system on Lynndyll. The other two parts are the Councils of Ancients and the Imperial House of Vin'dar. The Mystics of Lynndyll is a meeting place for all mystics. It is ruled by Cryslyne and Rayfa. |
