They have businesses (pre-industrial). There is a justice system in place in which the law is made by the ruling house and the council of ancients, passed on to the regions Magistrate, then carried out by the imperial guards and warriors of the pure heart. Vin’dar is the home of the ruling house which sits in there capital city of Padga. |
