When you create a house you get the following basic package

1/4 acre of land
Starting Prices for houses vary depending on how many stories they are.
1 story - $20,000
2 stories - $25,000
3 stories - $30,000
You can add on more rooms for an extra price.
Bedrooms - $60
Bathrooms -
                   Full - $80
                  Single (toilet and sink) $30
Kitchen Upgrades -
                Up grade to Meduium $100
                Upgrade to Large $150
Living Room - $40
Dining Room - $40
You can add these extras on to your house for an extra cost.
An acre of land - $100
1/2 Acre of land - $50
1/4 Acre of land - $25
Pool -
        Inground - $200
        Above Ground - $150
Patio - 
         Wrap Around - $150
         Front/Back - $75
         Gazibo - $45
Basement - $140
Garden Shed - $80
Barn (needs 1/4 acre of land) - $100
4 Horse Stable (needs a 1/4 acre of land)  - $150
