Fundraising
Through out the year the pack will be participating in various fundraisers.  North Florida Counsel must approve all fundraisers and are submitted by the pack committee.  Fundraisers are the primary source of income for the pack and are what allows us to purchase awards and materials used with in the pack and dens.  The committee determines what portion of funds will be held in reserve for funding individual expenses your boy may incur.

Popcorn, Show-N-Sell (September 03)
The Show-n- Sale is the first phase of our popcorn sale and our first fundraiser.  It is important that we do well in both phases of the sale because a portion of the funds goes to funding Black Creek District and counsel.  To do this we will be setting up tables at locations around the area to sell popcorn. Roughly half of the pack's profit goes toward the boys' expenses.

Popcorn, Door to Door (October)
Phase two is door-to-door.  We insist that the scout only do this with an adult and only to houses of people they already know.  Your boy will be collecting popcorn orders from a catalog.  Some of the sales completed by your son will be reserved for scout related expenses.

Scout Blast Coupon Books (April 04)
We sold over 200 Coupon Books last year to help with scouting for children with disabilities.  Some of the fund also goes towards the large counsel event called Scout Blast.

Den Dues
Den dues are $10.00/month for Cub Scouts/Webelos and $8.00/month for Tiger Cubs.  Half stays at the den level for den meeting materials and the other half goes to the pack to purchase awards and supplies.  Den dues are very important.  Although, it is not our primary source of funds, it is our largest single source.  Your den will determine the best way to collect dues.
At pack level, all den leaders are expected to be at the pack meetings 30 minutes early to help set up and pay the pack's portion of the den dues.
