Suggestions for Using GeoLibrary

Use the Directory page to determine the broad area where your subject should be located. For more details, try Cyber Dewey -- Dewey Decimal classification system or their Cyber Dewey alphabetical list.
If the specific information you want is not found, or if you want more than what is found, try checking a more general category. For example, if you want more information on diabetes (616.4), check also under 616 and/or 610.
The 000s page contains links to general reference works, such as Virtual Reference Desk and Martindale's Reference Desk.
Also check the Magazines and Newspapers page to see if there are any magazines which might have information on your subject.
If you are looking for biographical information, check the Biographies page.
If you are looking for career information - salary, job requirements, education needed,... try the career pages under 371. Then look for your specific career. The Search Tools page has links to many search engines and directories. The multiple search engines at the top of the page work best for me since they search several search engines/directories simultaneously.
