I found this list quite a few years ago and have lived by them ever since I don't know how originaly wrote them but if you know please email me so I can shake the Author's Hand. I hope you get as much enjoyment from your sessions as my friends and I do now.

THE ELECTION OF A PACKER

the packer is selected from:

1/ The major contributor to the mix

2/ The major contributors choice

3/ The host or hostess

4/ The host or hostess's choice

PACKER'S PRIVILEGES

certain rights go with the job:

1/ Packer is entitled to the first bong and the first option of any unfinished cone

2/ Packer's needs should be accomodated where possible

3/ Packers may sit in the chair of his / her choice

4/ Packers always have the final say

5/ Bong water may be changed at packer's request

PACKER'S DUTIES

Once the packer is agreed on, he / she is responsible for:

1/ Mulling the best available drugs into a pleasant and efficient mix

2/ Keeping the stem and cone free of carbon deposits

3/ Packing the bong

4/ Passing it in a clockwise direction

5/ Maintaining peace and harmony

COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT

Certain topics are never raised in a civilized session:

1/ The quality of the dope

2/ The quantity of the mix

3/ The efficiency of the bong

4/ The size of the cone

A major contributor is automaticly exempt from these conditions
