Use of Items Policy

The Realm of Iseminger is of what I consider to be a unique community of artists and gamers that is the Sims Community.  The Realm's mission is to enhance that community and make the Sims a more fun and interesting game to play. Bearing that in mind I need to make the Realm's position on the use of it's property clear to the viewers and followers of this site. The Realm of Iseminger is a contributing member of the Sims Community and likes to see that it's work is also a part of it.  Part of that is providing inspiration and sometimes even source material.  However there are certain rules that I wish followed as it applies to materials contained on the site.  These rules are as follows: Realm of Iseminger rules The Realm's images, banners, and buttons are off limits without my express permission to use them either as source material, or simply copied.  Some of the images on this site may belong to others and those items are used with permission. The Realm's skin and meshes may be used as materials to make new skins and meshes, that is part of why I made them available for download.  PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the original maker is given full credit, and that he/she is notified of the use of materials in order that they can appreciate what other people have been inspired to create.  Also it will help to control accusations of theft. The Realm's objects should NOT be used as a base to make new objects.   The reason for this is that those objects were already cloned once and it is a very bad idea to clone a clone in order to make a new item.  This can result in undesirable affects to the object and your game. Now that we have that settled, let's move on to more fun things, shall we?
