Because we trusted your research and judgment regarding price, we feel that our asking price was right on the mark - we did not waste time with our home being over-priced, nor did we sell our home for less than it's real value

During the sales phase of the process, we appreciated that you actively sought feed-back on showings in a timely fashion, and then you followed through by relaying information to us as you received it.

When it came time to entertain offers, we relied on your knowledge, advice and negotiation skills. As a result, we are satisfied that a fair deal was struck between ourselves and the Buyer.
