Midnight Dreams
AerisAngel's Bad Day

Come, friends. I will tell you the story of the worst day of my life. Gather round, children. *ahem* It all started when I woke up one morning after having hardly any sleep because of a posessed mosquito. I had a shower which I didn't enjoy because it kept going boiling hot to freezing cold. There was no cereal, unfortunately, so I had toast. I then realised I had two minutes until I had to go to school, so rushed to put my shoes on, do my hair and brush my teeth. I came back and the toast was burnt, so I chucked it out and went to school. In Science I was sitting down at my desk, minding my own buisness when this dust started falling on my head. I was just about to turn around and yell at Lauren for throwing stuff at me when I found out it wasn't Lauren. All this plaster from the ceiling fell on my head, and it hurt! People must have thought I had a dandruff problem or something. Anyway, after school I had to walk home. It was raining and I forgot my umbrella but I was pretty good at hopping inbetween trees to keep dry. I was just about to go through the front gate when my brother Alex jumped in a huge puddle that got me completely drenched. After I got changed I found my poor doggy Maxy all cold and wet sitting at the screen door. I let him in because I felt sorry for him. About 10 minutes later he had peed on the carpet in my mum and dad's room. This was not good. This was new carpet. This was my mum and dad's room. My mum and dad would kill me if they found out. I ran down to the kitchen cupboard and found some pine-o-clean, which I poured all over the stain. The stain went bright green! I read the back and it said to dilute it in water first, so I got a whole glass of water and quicky poured that over it, which made it even worse. Alex found out and was rolling on the ground laughing. Mum rang. She asked us how things were as if she was watching us. I said everything was fine. I looked at the clock. I only had 40 minutes until mum got home from work. I put paper towels all over it to try and suck up the water but they just went all soggy. I started to panic and got the hair drier and started drying it. It wasn't working so I set it to heat, then these giant sparks started coming out of the carpet. I quickly patted them down and decided that wasn't the best idea. By this time Alex was nearly in tears laughing, which wasn't helping. I got the vacume cleaner out of the closet and started sucking it up. All of a sudden this black stuff started leaking out of it, leaving huge stains on the new carpet. I think it must have been all the garbage in the vacume cleaner getting mixed up with water. Now I had about 5 big, black stains and a huge green one. At this point I was nearly going to cry. I looked through the kitchen cupboard again, quickly looking for anything to make it better. Then, I found Mr Sheen. Thank god for Mr Sheen! I poured this foamy stuff all over the stains and they went away, all of them! I was so happy! Just in time, too, because mum just got home. Everything was fine and dandy until she used the vacume cleaner...
