Personality: Neppyo is a laid-back dragon, calm and mild-mannered. He is surprisingly friendly and pleasant to talk to, and he is a good confident to others. He is, in fact, one of Abrecan's favorite companions to converse with when he feels the need. He seems wise, almost otherworldly at times, for he is a medium. He listens to the spirits of the dead through skulls--and around Abrecan's home, there are plenty of both, which probably has something to do with why he sticks around.
