Character Creation:
Wynn, I hate to say it, was kind of thrown together. I remembered 1/2
elves having some advantage in 2nd edition, but not in 3rd! Wynn was
my first D&D 3rd edition (or D20, chose your title), so I learned
quite a bit about the new rules with him. The biggest thing I
remember about him was picking a ranger since they have bonuses to
attack certain races. One of the players, who is known for being a jerk
to other players (and who killed my character Snake in Deadlands),
had decided to play a 1/2 orc. So the decision to choose orcs as
my bonus enemy wasn't real hard to make. Oh yeah, Wynn also had my
first "crit" which is short for critical hit. On some northland
barbarian who should have gotten out of Wynn's way. Turns out
the barbarian had a brother who was a bit harder to kill, but he
joined his brother in the afterlife not long after.
