Greetings and Welcome to my page. Kick off your shoes. Grab a cup of tea and make yourself comfortable. I invite you to sit back, relax, and stay awhile.
I suppose that now you are comfortable, you would like to know a little more about me. First of all, I would like to start off by saying that this is my first time making a web page, so please forgive me if things might be rather simple and boring!
I'm not going to bore you with my whole history because I know you don't want to hear all about my life (nor do I want to write it all!), so I'll just mention a few major details. I was born up north in NJ and lived there most of my life. My family and I moved down south to GA during my freshmen year in high school. (And no, I don't have an accent!) I am was enrolled in 2 universities at one point (*somehow*) and I am currently in my sixth year of college. That makes me a senior now. Since my endeavors in veterinary medicine will not work out for me (*unfortunately*), I have changed my major to Early Childhood Education with plans to someday teach. I will be graduating in the Fall of 2006 and will be certified to teach K-5.
As for my talents, I used to be able to play the flute/piccolo, and I probably still can (although I haven't tried in awhile) and I also sing. (I can also play piano, but it's been even longer since I actually played that too!) I also was part of the marching band (for my first time) my senior year in high school. My more dominant skills include working with my hands, as well as interacting with animals and children. Teaching will most likely allow me to do the crafts that I enjoy and will even supplement teaching. I will always still enjoy working with animals at any chance that I get, among my other hobbies. One of my most favorite hobbies as of recently is fish: more specifically Bettas (aka Siamese Fighting Fish)! If it looks like a betta, swims like a betta, eats like a betta, and interacts like a betta, then most likely, it is a betta and I love it! I am just bubbles for betta fish!! (I am even convined that I got my boyfriend Jason into fishies as well!!!)
Newsflash! I am now a graduate of Kennesaw State University, just like my boyfriend Jason. We're even engaged to married soon!!!
