THE ABNORMALITY  OF RAPE
A girl gives her consent for the man to have sex with her then after she has had it decides she wants to deny she gave consent.  She then informs the police she has been raped, the man is then charged with rape and his name released to the public. The girl keeps her anonymity. The case comes to court and after a long drawn out presentation buy defence and prosecution the jury decide the man is not guilty. However the little tramp that instigated the allegations of rape against the man goes free no stain on her character and she retains her anonymity. The man however is now known to the public as a rapists despite being found not guilty.

A person is innocent until proved guilty. Some of the media think it should be guilty first and then prove their innocence. The woman who made the false allegation should be named and shamed. The law should be changed in this respect as the innocent are named the guilty are not. If I was in parliament I would bring a Private members bill to not reveal the man's or woman’s name until after a verdict is given, then and only then can the man be named if guilty but if the woman has brought a false allegation and in consequence she should be named and shamed.
