Tracy's Healing Testimonies Accident Victums Raised from the Dead By Tracy, a single woman missionary to multiple nations, similar in heart to Heidi Baker. She works with them. She is a P.A. (Physicians Assistant - Stanford graduate), Recently while driving from S. Africa to Mozambique I witnessed an absolute miracle, first hand. I was traveling at about 60 MPH on the freeway when a mini-bus just ahead of me went out of control, rolled off the road and crashed. Passengers were propelled through the windows as it rolled. It was like witnessing the rapture, except the bodies came falling down again, over an area of around 50 feet. I immediately pulled off the road to assist. Many other motorist did as well. I don't mean to be gruesome in the following details, but the Lord did some wonderful miracles which the details will demonstrate. I went from victim to victim assessing the most serious injuries and instructed bystanders in how they might best assist. The accident was quite serious. Many had multiple life-threatening injuries. Many passengers had traumatic head injuries that rendered five of them unconscious. One woman was clearly dead. She had no vital signs. Her head was crushed, her face was facing her back, one eye was lying on her cheek and her body was badly mangled. I positioned a bystander by each person and instructed them how to render first aid and how to pray. Basically, I simply said, "Pray like this: I speak life and healing into this person in Jesus' name." I told them that every time I look over at them I want to see their lips moving. EVERYONE agreed. Then I went on to the next victim, until I had assessed them all. About three minutes after giving these instructions to a woman assigned to the dead lady, she began to scream. She called out wildly because the dead woman had groaned, turned her head around and begun to breath again. I could see her moving so I ran over to recheck her and to my amazement, her vital signs were quite strong. Not only that, her misplaced eye was back in its socket, she had regained consciousness and was spitting out blood. It felt as if my hair was standing straight up on my head. Now, the other helpers saw and heard all our excitement and heard our chattering, so they began to pray earnestly for their patients as well. Within the next five minutes, all the unconscious accident victims had regained consciousness. They were quite agitated, of course, and we had to practically sit on them to keep them down. All the victims with serious bleeding wounds stopped bleeding. One woman was pregnant and had fractured ribs. Her pain went away after prayer. All began to talk up a storm. Several injuries were not healed, but many, many were. The passengers were all poor, migrant farm workers returning home from work on that bus. They at least, seemed poor. But as they began to recover, many began to pull out cell phones from their pockets and purses, and calling loved ones. We were about 90 minutes outside of town so it took the ambulances and rescue vehicles a long time to reach us. Before they arrived some relatives were arriving at the scene and taking their loved ones home. I have often prayed for the sick or injured to be healed, yet I'm often frustrated by the low numbers of those who actually get healed. Still, I've seen enough to encourage me to press on. But the healings and the miracles that happened this day has more than made up for all the past prayers for healings that didn't happen. We were just a group of very ordinary people. Many there that day did know Jesus. S. Africa has a large Christian population. Still, we were a group of unrelated, simple, ordinary people. But the Lord we serve is far from ordinary. He heard our cries. He rained down His mercy and His presence was evident all over the place. Several were healed of very obvious, serious injuries. And that one lady was raised from the dead while a stranger nursed her baby next to her. I've got to tell you about that, too. That woman who was raised to life had an infant in her arms when she landed, head first, on a pile of rocks 40 feet from the bus. So did the woman lying next to her. Both had managed to hang on to their babies as they were propelled from the vehicle. Both babies were uninjured. Both women had landed on their heads on the rocks. I saw it all! Another woman with a fractured leg crawled over to them just as I pulled up along-side. This woman pried the babies from the arms of both women, pulled up her blouse and began to nurse the babies. I asked her if she knew these women. She did not. It was one of the most practical demonstrations of love I had ever witnessed. She laid there on her back, on the rocks, in great pain from her own injuries. She stayed next to those two women for over an hour and watched after those babies. When the ambulances began to arrive, she refused medical attention until the two mothers had been attended to. Once the ambulance staff took charge, they dismissed us, and I proceeded onto the Mozambiquan boarder. I some times dress up when I need to pass through customs and immigration. I had this day, but I was covered with blood and dirt. The officials thought I was injured. I told them the story and they responded by quickly getting me through the boarder procedures without hang-ups or delays. All in all, it was a really good day! Thanks for teaching me to believe in miracles!!! He's absolutely awesome! Tracy reposted by courtesy of Miracles Website |
