The Ark of the Covenant and
                 Tabernacle in the End-Time

The Lord has promised to give us, the Ark of the Covenant just as He gave it to the first Children of Israel.  Why, because we will be fleeing just like them into the wilderness (See 2nd Exodus verses) away from the Anti-Christ who has taken over the Temple in Jerusalem and secured political and religious control over the whole World. We have to have its protection and provision as a cloud by day and a fire by night, for it is symbolic of the Spirit of the Lord being with us. For as the prophet Joel said concerning the End-Time  ay of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the Garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

So notice how this is just like the 1st Exodus, and this Spirit of God dwells right above the ARK of the Covenant between the two cheribums. So do we have the ARK  YES  (In my Opinion) And do we have the original Tabernacle Yes  (See
Building up the Tabernacle of David in the End-Time.  We have both in my opinion, but for confirmation, let's look at these scriptures from the historical 2nd chapter of 2 Maccabees. My comments will be in ......(   ).

1. One finds in the records that Jeremiah the prophet ordered those who were being deported to take some of the fire, as has been told, (This is talking about the prophet Jeremiah who had warned his nation that Babylon was coming to invade them because of their sins, and they did)

2: and that the prophet after giving them the law instructed those who were being deported not to forget the commandments of the Lord, nor to be led astray in their thoughts upon seeing the gold and silver statues and their adornment. (Jeremiah told the captives that were being lead away not to forget the commandments and principles of the Lord, even while imprisoned in Babylon)

3: And with other similar words he exhorted them that the law should not depart from their hearts.

4: It was also in the writing that the prophet, having received an oracle, (In other words, the Lord told him directly to do the following)   ordered that the tent and the ark should follow with him, (The tent is the Tabernacle and the ARK is the original ARK of the Covenant that was with Moses and had been in the Holy of Holies in the Temple of Jerusalem built by Solomon) and that he went out to the mountain where Moses had gone up and had seen the inheritance of God. (What mountain was this …Mount Nebo from where Moses saw the promised land .     Deuteroromy 34: 1)

5: And Jeremiah came and found a cave, and he brought there the tent and the ark and the altar of incense, and he sealed up the entrance. (Jeremiah hid the Ark and Tabernacle and Altar of Incense in a cave on Mount Nebo, so the Babylonians wouldn't get possesssion of it)

6: Some of those who followed him came up to mark the way, but could not find it.  When Jeremiah learned of it, he rebuked them and declared: "The place shall be unknown until God gathers his people together again and shows his mercy. (See
Last Gathering, because it is only in the End-Time that we shall find these treasures of the Lord, to be used just like the originals were because they aren't copies but the original themselves)

8: And then the Lord will disclose these things, and the glory of the Lord and the cloud will appear, as they were shown in the case of Moses, and as Solomon asked that the place should be specially consecrated."  (So again we have His cloud over us and His Fire above us and around us to protect us. And the area of the Tabernacle will again be holy ground where only the righteous in heart can enter.)

9: It was also made clear that being possessed of wisdom Solomon offered sacrifice for the dedication and completion of the temple. Just as Moses prayed to the Lord, and fire came down from heaven and devoured the sacrifices, so also Solomon prayed, and the fire came down and consumed the whole burnt offerings. (And so will our high priest, call down fire from heaven to light our Tabernacle fire, our altar of incense    (See
Our High Priest …Eliakim)

So did you catch it, if not do read these simple to understand words once again, as it is obvious what is going on here and what is in store for us. For we are told to flee into the wilderness by the Lord in Mathew 24 :15 and to follow the same course as our past brethren took along the
Kings Highway. We flee towards Moab and literally have another miraculous crossing of Jordan except this time we are going the other direction.  And then its on to Moab and Edom towards Petra, our probable destination. (See appropriate postings). Because in Revelations 12, it says we have a place prepared for us, by the Lord as "He feeds us in the wilderness"
