David Jay Jordan's Be Not Afraid of the Assyrian Anti-Christ In too many places it talks about the Anti-Christ being 'the Assyrian' so somehow, someway the Evil One that is to rule for 1260 days during the Tribulation, has to come from, or pass through Assyria or even fulfill Assyrian Bysantine prophecies about their so-called 'saviour to come'. And yet the Lord of Lords shall defeat him at His coming at the battle of Armegeddon (SEE Revelation Timeline) For consider the following passages from Isaiah with my comments in .. ( ). Isaiah 10:24 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, BE NOT AFRAID OF THE ASSYRIAN: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt. (Yes, Just as the original Pharoah had a staff or rod that was defeated by Moses and Aaron's rod, out End-Time Leaders shall have the Rod of the Lord (SEE We are Magicians and Shepherd's Rod) Isa 10:25 For yet a very little while, and the indignation shall cease, and mine anger in their destruction. (Yes the Lord's righteous indignation and righteous anger concerning the wicked shall subside once he has destroyed them utterly and completely and after they have fulfilled their pruposes) Isa 10:26 And the LORD of hosts shall stir up a scourge for him according to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb: (Again the Lord through Isaiah, is saying that the parallel of the past will be relived in the future in our Second Exodus. For as Moses's arms must be raised to keep his rod high, so must our Rod of our King David be lifted high, when we do battle against the Anti-Christ, who has declared war on us.) and as his rod was upon the sea, so shall he lift it up after the manner of Egypt. (Yes again and again in the Old Testament, it keeps saying in the manner of Egypt, in the manner of our coming out of Egypt, so that we shouldn't miss the exact parallel in the End-Time. Why, because we will have to Cross the Jordan as on dry land .as the Anti-Christ will try to defeat us with a flood of water there. And yet with the rod of God, our two Witnesses shall part the waters once again, and the Encampment of the Lord shall pass through and down the King's Highway.) Isa 10:27 And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. (For then we shall be free, and feed only by the Lord in the wilderness, our anointed ones have broken every bond and Freed every Prisoner captured by the enemy, and we are no longer yoked to unbelievers in the world.) (But if still unconvinced notice these verses from ---) Isaiah 30: 27-28 Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire: And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err. (Yes as our Lord is a consuming Fire, and prophetically our two prophets shall also be breathing fire literally. SEE Fire-breathing prophets) Isa 30:29 Ye shall have a song, (Exactly Isaiah, the Lord shall give us a new Song - The Song of Moses and the Hills shall Sing) as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe (SEE Tune His heart to MINE) to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel. (Awesome, as we must come into his presence with singing and praise and thanksgiving and we have to know the Musical Steps to His Throne) Isa 30:30 And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. (Yes for the Lord shall answer our prayers and defend us as we sing unto Him, in Faith and not fear) Isa 30:31 For through the voice of the LORD shall the ASSYRIAN be beaten down, which smote with a rod. (Exactly Lord, for though he has smitten us, you shall smite him through your prophets) Isa 30:32 And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, (Yes, our prophets shall have the Rod of the Lord -SEE Rod of David and Root of Jesse- and when it touches the ground as we walk through the wilderness, we shall be protected and secure the land before us) which the LORD shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it. (And our sisters shall sing and dance and we shall praise the Lord just as they praised the God of Israel in the first Exodus, and won the Battle at Midian and the Assyrian Anti-Christ will be defeated, not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of the Lord and our songs of praise to HIM.)
