If you got it 'Flaunt It' The Lord created us, and even though we personnally may not be the most beautiful, or handsomest specimen around we can still show what we have in thankfullness. We don't have to be the sexiest or the slimmest, or the longest, or the strongest, or the most longlasting lover in all the world and yet we can be thankful that we are healthy and most of us.... works pretty good. So in whatever condition we find ourselves in, we surely can be thankful for what we have.... and not be ashamed ofourselves. And we don't have to be jealous that when someone else seemingly flaunts theirs that they are sexier than us, or better than us. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, so don;t worry about being the best, the sexiest, the funniest, the most spiritual etc... let's just be the natural 'us'. Being overly worried about comparing ourselves with the measurements of others and trying to match up to unrealistic measurements achieved only by a few, is disheartening and doesn't help us or liberate us at all. Comparisons usually take us out of the spirit, and away from freedom and liberation. We are what we are, so let's just be happy with what we have been given, and even flaunt it at the right time and with the right people. But let's not go overboard thinking we have to measure up to some idealistic standard or have to be the best of the best before flaunting and showing our true selves. Humbling showing ourselves as we are is much better than false pride that sends us into hiding. We just don't have to take out our measuring tapes to have fun with one another. We don't have to compare... just love the ones we're with at the moment, enjoying how the Lord has given all of us certain gifts whether physical or spiritual. 2Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. (Its not wise to compare ourselves with others, or others with others..judge love the one or ones you're with) 2Cr 10:13 But we will not boast of things without [our] measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you. (The measure of the heart and spirit, that others have, and how thankful they are for what the Lord has given them and us) 2Cr 10:14 For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, (so whether 5, 6,7, or 8 inches... all are useful with the Lord or whether 34,36. or 38 inches, all are beautiful for the Lord created them) as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel (the good news) of Christ: ---------- 2Cr 10:17 But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. (So be thankful with what you have, and if you happen to have a lot, give the credit and glory to the Lord and don;t think it is you, because it is only a GIFT to you. So give Him the credit when you flaunt it, and then everyone can thank the Lord for His gifts... and it can bring everyone together. 1Cr 1:31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. (Or them that glorieth, let them glory in the Lord !!) So let your light shine before men and women, that others can see your good works, (the creation of your body that has been given to you) and they shall glorify your Father which is in heaven. ---- They shouldn't glorify and honour you, but give the glory to the Lord, for His handiwork, his creation in how beautiful, how sexy or how handsome you are. So if you got it flaunt it, as it is the real you. and be thankful for what you have been given and hopefully all of us will be thankful and appreciative of what He has also given others .
