As written on LibChrist discussion board 2008.... _________________________________________________________________ The Holy Spirit reminds us of the words of Jesus.... and the words of Jesus have always said... the same thing. Righteousness does not come by obediance to the law, Only Jesus is righteousness. So reject the dam religionists that try to bind the free into the death of obeying superficial laws of the religious. Rom 9:31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness,hath not attained to the law of righteousness. Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Phl 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: Jesus said this same thing over and over and over again. Jesus died to give us righteousness, it comes by accepting HIM...not by us pretending to obey the Old Laws of Moses. If righteousness came by obeying the LAW, then CHRIST DIED IN VAIN. It can't get any simplier than that. Jesus could not have been more straight forward. Choose wisely brethren, for the devil inspired religionists want to bring you back into bondage and into their law. Jesus gave us the much more strict and all encompassing law of LOVE, that we are suppose to obey by His Strength and by His LOVE and by His Grace. For none of us can love the Lord without His LOVE. None of us can love others without His LOVE. WE can NOT love without Jesus. We have no righteousness without Jesus, For we ALL are filthy menstrous rags, and all our righteousness is worthless, absolutely worthless. Isa 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. But Jesus gives us life, love, strength, and the GRACE to go on... as well as Righteousness and SALVATION. It is ALL JESUS..!!! Which do you choose ? Moses or Jesus' law ? .... ________________________________________________ Brethren you have to understand that Moses Law was meant to show us we could not fulfill it in our own strength as the scribes and pharisees and religionists pretend to do. They love law, because by the law and their so called obediance to the letter of the law, they think they are more righteous than others. They hate Grace and Mercy because they think they are righteous and don't sin and break any laws and therefore do not need any Grace or Mercy.. They becoming the worst of all sinners, because they think they are NOT sinners. They being intolerant and unmerciful. They not having love and compassion for others, and therefore in spirit breaking everyone of Jesus laws. For only love fulfills the law. Only Jesus love fulfills the law. Only Jesus in us fulfills the law..... Only Jesus not ourselves. By His love we are righteous. It is all Jesus. And all we do is yield to His love by being concerned about others and concerned about the Lord and what HE wants us to do. This the scribes and pharisees and today's religionists can NOT do. By the law, they can get the power to love. They can not love their neighbor, or love the Lord. because God is love and their love always falls short. Therefore they hate love, because they can not fulfill the LOVE COMMANDMENTS through their own efforts. Therefore they also hate those that just love the Lord. For as in the past, so in the future, they will foam at the mouth and persecute and try to kill those that have FAITH in the Lord and don't follow their laws. This is why the law keepers are so dangerous. This is why they killed Jesus and will try to kill His Followers. SEE Why churches are so dangerous The scribes and pharisees and word twisters , word translators, and religionists demand a thorough knowledge of the word and the law, to understand the Bible. But Jesus demands an intimate knowledge of Him and His LOVE to understand the principles of the Bible. For there is a Huge Huge DIFFERENCE between the obediance the pharisees, scribes and religionists demand and the simple obediance and humility by GRACE from the heart. This is why Jesus said this over and over again, in Mathew 5... You have heard it said that...... BUT I SAY UNTO YOU..... Choose Brethren, whether you will try to obey the Laws of Moses or the Lord's Law of LOVE !!! 2008 |
