The Lord is angry till Judgment Day

First of all, we must remember that the Lord's anger is not unrighteous, neither are His judgments upon the wicked. They are righteous and his wrath is from Righteous Indignation.  It is called anger but our terminology deems anger unrighteous, because man’s anger is unrighteous in most cases. But justified anger is righteous indignation and is what the Lord has and which we sometimes have if we sense the pain and suffering caused by some people’s evil actions upon others. So do look up anger on an on-line Bible concordance like at  http://www.khouse.org/blueletter

For as the Psalmist and King said, “God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked EVERY DAY.  If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow,  and made it ready. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he  ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors. Behold, he travaileth with iniquity (Psalm 7) .  (Exodus 15:3) The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.  (For) It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. (Hebrews10:31)

So only in the very End  does the Lord's righteous anger and our righteous anger get appeased at the Battle of Armageddon, where we come down with Him if we have worked for Him in saving the lost and hurt and maimed and fought for Him against the A.C. and the wicked.

For the Lord hates the unrepentant, proud, and violent and their evil deeds of killing and persecuting the Lord's children.  Nevertheless the Lord gives them  a lot of chances to repent and then eventually is forced  to wipe them out again at the Battle of Gog and Magog at the end of His 1000 year reign. But this time, the defeat of the wicked is total and they are no more, and must face His ultimate Judgment of them at the White Throne Judgment (Revelations 21) so then you might say that it is only then that the Lord anger's is appeased.

According to scriptures as far as we know.
